Hey Ya'll.. Am I the only lucky person to be VICTIMIZED by the latest bug? The dreaded INSURANCE BUG struck the other night and I lost everything. Of cource I got no help online or through customer service! I wonder if they would be more help if there was a payment bug hahahaha

Well you can forget em giving your stuff back. I thought they had fixed this a while back, haven't heard it going around in a while.
Hang in there, let us know what ya need to get restarted, we can fix ya up =)
