A redneck from Georgia decided to take a vacation and go to DC to see the Capital City for the first time.
As he neared the beginnings of civilization, he saw a roadblock up ahead, state troopers and police, all with their lights on. Thinking, "ahh, someone had a wreck" he turned down a side road, went over to the next highway, and started North again. Had only travelled a mile or so, when he came upon yet another roadblock.
Thinking something was up, he went on up and stopped when the trooper held up his hand.

Knowing now it had to be something big, cause he was seeing business suits like the FBI and SS wear, he asked the trooper what was going on.

"Well, up the road a ways, a group of terrorist have kidnapped Obama and his family, plus the Clintons, Biden, barney Frank, and Nancy Pelosi!!!"

"wow!" says the redneck.

Trooper:" Well ya, and they are demanding 5 million dollars, U.S., or they say they are gonna douse em all in gasoline and just burn the whole building down where they are holding them hostage!" And with Obama's new policies and stuff, the government dont have that kinda money anymore! So we are out here taking up collections..."
